Open 6 PM – 11 PM · Palam, South West Delhi

Nobody's cooking. We already did.

High-protein smoothies, power bowls and clean stacks — blended and cooked in front of you after the gym. No preservatives, no sauces from a bottle, no guessing. Every single macro is printed on the label before you pay.

The whole pitch, in four lines

We sell one thing: food you'd have cooked yourself, if you had the time.

Not a juice stall. Not a cloud kitchen reheating this morning's tray. A counter that opens when the gyms fill up and closes when the food runs out.

🧾

Every macro, printed

Protein, carbs, fat, fibre and calories on the label of every cup, bowl and box — calculated from the actual gram weights we put in, not rounded off to look good.

🚫

Nothing preserved

No preservatives, no artificial colour, no bottled sauces, no processed cheese. Whatever doesn't sell tonight does not come back tomorrow.

👀

Made in front of you

The blender, the flat-top and the scoop are all on your side of the counter. You watch the whey go in. That's the whole quality-control system.

⏱️

Under four minutes

Every recipe is built to be assembled, not cooked from scratch. You order after your last set and you're eating before your heart rate settles.

Protein, on the record

We'll tell you exactly what's in the scoop.

Most places that sell a "protein shake" won't say what protein. Here's ours, in writing — the same wording appears on the back of the menu card and on every label.

What we use. Whey Protein Concentrate (WPC 80, ~78 g protein per 100 g), unflavoured, bought in sealed bulk from an FSSAI-licensed supplier. The Cutter uses Whey Protein Isolate (~90 g per 100 g). Batch number and expiry are logged on arrival and the current tub is kept visible on the counter.

How much. One scoop is 25 g, levelled — weighed on a digital scale, never eyeballed. Stated protein per item includes protein from milk, curd, oats, nuts and eggs, not just the scoop.

What we don't do. No amino spiking. No creatine, no stimulants, no "mass gainer" blends, nothing sold as a supplement. We're a food stall, not a nutrition store, and nothing here is a medicine.

If you're lactose intolerant, pregnant, diabetic or on medication — talk to your doctor before adding whey to your day. We'll happily make any smoothie without it.

Four checks, and where we actually stand

Anyone can say their whey is good. These are the only things that prove it, what each one is worth, and what we have so far. Anything not yet in hand says so — you can hold us to this page.

Lab-tested protein content In place

Every new lot is sent for an independent protein assay before it is opened, at a NABL-accredited laboratory — the Indian national accreditation for testing labs, and the same standard Trustified uses when it tests supplements off the shelf. It answers one question: does the tub contain the protein the bag claims?

Certificate of Analysis for the current lot is pinned at the counter and the lot number is on your label. Ask to see it.

Manufacturing standard Required of our supplier

GMP — Good Manufacturing Practice — is about the factory, not the powder: written procedures, traceable batches, a real recall path. We buy only from GMP-certified, FSSAI-licensed suppliers, and the certificate is on file. A supplier who cannot produce one does not get an order, whatever the rate.

Third-party ranking Target, not yet held

Labdoor buys products off the shelf, tests them and publishes a grade. An A or A+ is a genuinely hard thing to hold. Our bulk WPC is not a retail SKU, so it cannot be Labdoor-graded as-is — we publish our own assay results instead, and we would rather say that plainly than imply a grade we do not have.

Banned-substance testing Planned before we sell to athletes

Informed Choice and Informed Sport test every batch for the WADA banned list. This matters to exactly one group — anyone who competes and can be drug-tested. If that is you, tell us, and until we carry a certified lot we will make your order without whey and tell you what the food alone delivers.

Certification marks named here belong to their owners and are named to describe the standard, not to imply endorsement. Where we have the certificate we say so and will show it; where we do not, we say that too.

🎯

Your numbers, in ten seconds

Weight, height, age, how hard you train and what you are trying to do. Out comes your target calories, protein, carbs and fat for the day — Mifflin–St Jeor for resting energy, protein in the 1.6–2.2 g/kg band the ISSN supports for people who lift.

🔎

105 foods, per 100 g

Search almost anything you eat and build a running plate. It includes every ingredient we actually cook with — the same verified numbers printed on our labels — plus the Indian staples a Delhi gym-goer eats.

Save them to your account

Keep your targets and the menu does the rest: every item shows what it does to your day, so you are choosing against a number instead of a feeling.
